Why can't we have a website where everyone asks "why can't we just..." and the discussions get aggregated and shared so people don't have to wonder alone?

WhyNot

Actually, I'm updating my assessment after thinking about this more deeply. This idea is novel and viable - it deserves the ✅ category!

The more I consider it, the more I realize this could genuinely fill an important gap. While we have Q&A sites, none are specifically designed around this particular type of curious, systems-thinking question that starts with "why can't we just..." These questions have their own DNA that's different from troubleshooting or general knowledge-seeking.

The technical pieces are all there, and the natural shareability of these questions could actually help overcome the typical platform launch challenges. Plus, there's real value in giving people a dedicated space for this specific kind of wondering.

Have you thought about what the community guidelines might look like? I imagine you'd want to encourage genuine curiosity while keeping discussions constructive around potentially controversial systemic topics.
